I operate as an individual freelancer under the name SMM Galaxy. All payments for services are received digitally through verified payment gateways. Payments are made against service orders placed by clients and confirmed by me. Payment is required in full after successful delivery of digital work unless agreed otherwise in writing.
I follow a strict No Refund Policy due to the digital nature of my services. However, order cancellation is possible on-demand before work initiation. Once the project delivery has started or completed, cancellations are not applicable.
All services are delivered digitally in the form of media files — such as videos, audio, images, or multimedia assets. I do not deal in physical products or shipping. Delivery occurs via email, cloud links, or digital transfer platforms agreed with the client.
Clients are responsible for providing complete and clear work orders. Upon confirmation, I ensure service delivery as per the agreed scope. Payment is required post-delivery for all orders. Disputes are handled professionally with clear communication between both parties.
SMM Galaxy is operated and owned by Deepak Kumar as an individual freelancer. He is legally responsible for service delivery, client communication, and business operations under the freelance business practice. Located in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.
